Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 21, 2026

1. Overview

Erovelle (“we,” “us”) lets adults upload photos and videos of themselves so the material can be used to develop and train AI systems. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

2. Information we collect

3. How we use it

To operate the service, to develop, train, and evaluate AI systems (only with your explicit consent given at sign-up), to prevent abuse, and to process rewards.

4. Sensitive and biometric information

Images of your face or body may be treated as sensitive or biometric information under some state laws (for example in Illinois, Texas, and Washington). We collect such content only with your explicit consent, and you may withdraw it at any time.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We use infrastructure providers (for example Cloudflare for hosting and storage) that process data on our behalf, and we may disclose information when required by law.

6. Retention and deletion

We keep your information until you ask us to delete it or you close your account. Deleting your account removes your profile and uploaded files from our systems. Content already incorporated into trained models may not be separable.

7. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live (including California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to know what we collect, access, correct, or delete your information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To make a request, email privacy@erovelle.example. We aim to respond within 45 days.

8. Children

Erovelle is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 and will delete it if we learn we have.

9. Security

We use encryption in transit, hashed passwords, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do. Questions: privacy@erovelle.example.
