1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or upload content. By using Erovelle you confirm that you are.
2. Your content
Upload only photos and videos of yourself, taken by you or with your permission, that you have the right to share. Never upload content showing another person or anyone under 18.
3. Prohibited content
Nudity, sexually explicit material, illegal content, content that infringes others’ rights, and content that is hateful, harassing, or violent are prohibited. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. License for AI development
By uploading, you grant Erovelle a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and use your content to develop, train, and evaluate AI systems, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can withdraw consent and request deletion at any time.
5. Rewards and wallet
Each approved upload earns the reward shown on the reference you choose (or the standard reward for the content type when a category has no references). The amount is fixed when you upload and is credited to your balance after review. Once your balance reaches $200 you can request a withdrawal. Requests are reviewed and paid by bank transfer to the bank account you provide (a US account, or an IBAN account in Germany, France or Türkiye). Amounts are in US dollars; bank fees and currency conversion may apply. Your bank details are stored encrypted and deleted once the request is paid or rejected. Uploads that violate these terms may be rejected without reward.
6. Accounts
Keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Erovelle is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Your State], without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
